Defects Process

Common Area defects are usually inspected and logged by our building manager during the handover period. BM works with the builder to ensure most of them are addressed before handover.

Every owners is assigned a login for B-MAL to log their defects inside the apartments. These defects are then addressed by the builder during the defect liability period.

Concierge Services

The purpose of concierge is to assist the client in a friendly and professional manner hence the staff is trained for effective communication and exceptional customer service. Their duties also include maintaining a key log, booking taxis, providing local knowledge to residents, referring residents to cleaning services, making reservations, calling lifts etc.
