The company is early. That means your work is visible, decisions are made quickly, and you will touch parts of the product outside your job title. It also means the team is small and the roadmap changes as founding clients tell us what their buildings need.
We build for property managers, condominium boards and building owners. The best people here are the ones who get curious about how a building actually works, not just about the code.

Full-stack developer
Build and maintain the B-MAL™ platform end to end: the screens property managers use daily, the records behind them, and the reports boards read.
Marketing lead
Reach property management companies and condominium boards across Canada, and turn what founding clients tell us into copy that sounds like them.
Business development
Find and sign our first clients, sit in on demos, and bring what you hear in the market back into the product.
