What we’re building
The B-MAL™ platform is designed around the whole building, not just the maintenance team. Property managers, building managers, owners, residents and contractors each play a part in keeping a building in good order.
The B-MAL™ platform gives them one record to work from, and turns that record into reports for the people who approve the spending.
How we protect our work
We treat our software, product design and brand as business assets:
- B-MAL™ is our trademark, and we use it consistently.
- We share detailed product information, including our roadmap, under confidentiality agreements.
- We’re developing a formal intellectual property strategy to guide how we protect the B-MAL™ platform as it grows.
Why we don’t publish technical details
You won’t find a description of how the B-MAL™ platform works under the hood on this website. That’s deliberate. Founding clients see the product in a demo.
