Issues and activity log
Record problems as they’re found, whether during an inspection or from a report. Sort each one by building system, from mechanical services and lifts to entry doors and landscaping. Every record shows the date it was raised, a written history of what has been done, attachments, and whether it is pending or completed. Nothing sits unresolved without anyone noticing.
Work orders
Issue work to a contractor with the scope, quote reference, cost and attachments on a single record. See every work order for a period with its supplier and cost, plus the total spent.
Preventive maintenance
Schedule recurring service by building system, including mechanical services, pumps, lifts, plumbing, pest control and fire services. Record the service date, the action required and any comments, so every visit is documented.
During onboarding, we build your first schedule from your building’s asset management plan and equipment manuals.
Deficiencies and warranty items
Track deficiencies in new buildings and units with the warranty end date on each record, so your team can see what needs to be raised before the deadline.
Contractors and vendors
Every work order is linked to the company that did the work, so each job and its cost can be traced to a supplier.
Health and safety
Log safety issues, such as a damaged roof anchor or a slippery walkway, in their own category and track them until they’re resolved.
