How pricing works
We’ll send you a written quote after your demo, once we understand how many buildings and units you manage.
What happens in a demo
We walk you through the B-MAL™ platform using sample building data, ask about your buildings and how your team works today, and show you the parts that would matter to you. It takes about 45 minutes, over a video call.
You’ll see how an issue is logged and followed through, how a work order records its supplier and cost, how a preventive maintenance schedule is built, and what the building report looks like at the end of a period.
If it’s a fit, we’ll set out what onboarding your first building would involve and send you a written quote. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
